What's included in a maintenance visit?
Each visit is a comprehensive inspection and service call. We check plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, HVAC filters, weatherstripping, caulking, gutters, door hardware, smoke/CO detectors, and more. We fix small issues on the spot and flag anything bigger so you can plan ahead — not react in a panic.
What does the warranty cover?
All work performed by 2QUICK is covered by a written warranty — 12 months on the Essentials plan, 18 months on Core, and 24 months on Elite. If something we fixed breaks, we come back and fix it at no charge. No fine print, no runaround.
What's your service area?
We service Bay County, Florida, including Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your address, mention it in the signup form and we'll confirm.
Is this a contract? Can I cancel?
Month-to-month, no long-term contract. Cancel anytime. We earn your business every visit — we're not interested in locking you in.
When does payment start?
Payment is collected after your first visit is scheduled, not at signup. We'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first visit and walk through plan details before anything is charged.
What if I need more than my plan's visits?
Additional visits are always available at a discounted rate for plan members. You can also upgrade your plan at any time — the difference is prorated.
